Terms & Conditions of Bookings
Payments can be made by Credit o Debit card over the telephone, Bank Transfer, Cheque or Cash
 Models
Will be required for most courses, unless otherwise informed on booking. For some training, it is important to have  experienced the treatment youself and you may be asked to work on each other.  If models are required, please check on booking,how many you will need and  what times they will be required for.
If you would like us to provide model/s for you, we can do this at a charge of £5 per model required.  Please see details of individual courses for information on how many will be needed.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Because we offer extremely small class sizes, we can only confirm your place on the course when the full amount has been received 2 weeks  before course commencement. This will be confirmed by a phone call or email.

  • £40 deposit is required for any individual course, balance  due 2 week before course starts.
  • 30% deposit is required for any combination of courses booked together 
  • All deposits are non refundable, although it may be used on one occassion to hold another course date within the next two months
  •  24 hours notice of cancellation must received by us in writing, via  email, or text  to 07949 821680   or any course fee paid will be lost,  as will the option of referring  training to anoher date.
  • We may accept another delegate to take a place if he/she meeets any entry requirements the course requires. 
  • If we are asked to arrange  a students models and  we do not receive notice of cancellation, payments made for models  on that date, will be lost .We reserve the right to refuse to make  model arrangements for future courses booked.
  • In the event of cancellation due to bereavement, notice must be given via email or text to 07949 821680, and we will hold  the same course open for up to 3 months. If the price of the course changes during this time then the extra amount will be payable. 
  • In the event of cancellation of a course by us, we will if possible give you  notice and offer  you an alternative date,  venue or full refund. 
  • All training must be completed within 3 months of original booking. Courses cannot be put on hold unless as stated above in exceptional circumstances, and must be agreed by NWTA on booking. 
  • Once a deposit has been paid, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and the payment of the balance of the course booked.
  • Late Availability bookings are due to last minute cancellations or a class that has remaining places. Unfortunately we cannot refund any difference in payment on courses already booked
  • Funded courses should have all fees paid  to NWTA before the course start date. Payments made later than 30 days from Invoice, will incur a fee of 25% added to the cost of the course. Payment must  be made no later than 30 days from 1st day of training.

By completing and returning the booking form, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
